2. Registration and Payments

• Workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

• Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.

• A confirmation email will be sent after successful registration.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the workshop start date to qualify for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the request.

4. Workshop Materials

• All tools, materials, and guides provided during workshops are the property of Handmade Jewelry.

• Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior consent.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.

• Use materials and tools safely and responsibly.

• Refrain from disruptive behavior that may impact others.

6. Limitation of Liability

Handmade Jewelry is not responsible for:

• Injuries or damages caused by improper use of tools or materials.

• Cancellations or changes to workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Loss or damage to personal belongings during sessions.
